| Salomon Konig, Chief Executive Officer |
Salomon Konig is Senior Partner of Global Partners Group (GPG), and President of GP Asset
Management, a GPG subsidiary. Before this, from 1997 to 2002, he was a Senior Advisor to
NAIB, another division of GPG.
Mr. Konig is a pioneer in the hedge fund industry. His depth of experience comes from a long history
as a successful professional trader and money manager investing internationally since the mid-1970s.
Over the years he has forged partnerships with well-known hedge fund industry leaders. In 1979, he
founded a trading firm co-advised by David Jones, and funded by Greyson Whithurst Jr., president of
E.F. Hutton Commodities. He also co-owned Advanced Algorithms with Charles Freifeld. Mr. Konig
serves as a director of the Hedge Fund Association, an international non-profit association representing
the hedge fund industry.
Mr. Konig received a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering from the Philadelphia College of
Textiles & Science. In addition, he attended the Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela, where
he studied mathematics in the Graduate School.

| Peter V. Rajsingh, Senior Vice President |
Peter V. Rajsingh is Senior Vice President of the Global Partners Group. He joined the company in
2003 and manages the GPG New York office where his responsibilities include asset management
activities, along with directing the firm's hedge fund incubation and capital introduction program. Prior
to this, Dr. Rajsingh was Managing Director at a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund in New York and
before that he was at Morgan Stanley.
Dr. Rajsingh is an adjunct professor at the Stern School of Business of New York University and at the Reims Business School in
Champagne, France. He has been quoted in leading financial publications, particularly those focusing on the hedge fund sector. He
sits on the board of a number of non-profit entities and private companies. Dr. Rajsingh graduated with honors from the University of
Auckland, New Zealand and his Ph.D. is from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. He holds NASD General
Securities License #7 and Uniform State Securities License #63.
